The Auesee in Wesel is a large bathing lake with a beach, around ten minutes by car from the apartment. The circular path around the lake is ideal for walking, jogging and cycling, and in season you can add sailing, stand-up paddling and pedal boats. A laid-back destination for a relaxed afternoon by the water.

In the winter months thousands of wild geese rest here – an impressive natural spectacle that you can watch from the paths and from the information centre.
